Are you passionate about hospitality and sales? Hilton, a global leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team in driving future and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Understand hotel amenities, packages, and promotions thoroughly.
  • Generate and develop sales leads while building strong business relationships with potential clients.
  • Produce accurate quotations and written confirmations for clients.
  • Prepare timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management regarding appointments, calls, and business leads.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues to ensure future business.
  • Conduct hotel show rounds for prospective clients.

What We’re Looking For:
A successful Sales Coordinator at Hilton will embody our values by demonstrating excellent communication skills, advanced IT proficiency including Excel and PowerPoint, a proactive attitude towards deadlines, and strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a sales role.
  • Relevant degree in a sales or business discipline.
