Tasks:
Follow up and implement local and international purchasing operations to meet the company's needs.
Search for new suppliers and negotiate to obtain the best prices and quality.
Manage and organize logistics operations related to shipping, storage, and distribution.
Follow up on customs procedures and clearance to ensure shipments comply with regulations.
Prepare and review contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Prepare a payment schedule and monitor suppliers' compliance with payment and delivery terms.
Study the market and analyze prices and offers from suppliers.
Submit periodic reports on purchasing operations, inventory, and financial commitments.
Conditions:
Proven experience in the field of purchasing (local and international).
Good knowledge of logistics procedures and customs.
Strong negotiation skills and relationship building with suppliers.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
