Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Riyadh. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and supporting various HR initiatives to enhance the workforce and workplace environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
  • Experience in HR Policies and HR Management
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
