Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Senior Operations / Senior HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and managing governmental relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll, contracts, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and governmental regulations.
  • Handle GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government portals and platforms.
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Liaise with government agencies regarding visas, work permits, and other employee-related matters.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of governmental procedures and Saudi labor law.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and government portals (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
