Join Our Team as a Human Resources Specialist!
As a vital part of our organization, the Human Resources Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth management of employee attendance, leave requests, and the implementation of HR policies. You will play a key role in maintaining staff records and ensuring compliance with our company’s operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement procedures, systems, and forms to monitor branch employee attendance and manage various types of leave.
  • Ensure adherence to annual, sick, and emergency leave policies as defined in approved leave policies.
  • Handle employee complaints, notes, requests, and inquiries professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Update and maintain employee information and provide it to the HR services team, including records related to promotions, training, salaries, and benefits.
  • Prepare and document specialized reports related to HR processes and present appropriate recommendations and solutions.
  • Work effectively on HR programs (Jasar, Odoo).
