Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, job description creation, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Handle candidate communications, salary negotiations, and new joiner processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR operations and administration.
  • Support employee development through training and performance management tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
