Required Sales and Field Marketing Specialist to work at The Third Support Company for Human Resources (Authorized Provider for Remote Work Service).

The company specializes in providing human resources solutions and services directed at the business sector (B2B), targeting service to companies and facilities only, by offering diverse packages that support the growth and development of their human resources.

Qualifications Required:

  • Practical experience of no less than 1-3 years in sales or marketing.
  • A university degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • High communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in preparing and implementing marketing methods (telemarketing - field).
  • Owning a driving license and a car is preferred.
  • Previous experience in human resources is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve specified goals.
  • Preparing commercial offers and providing suitable solutions to clients.
  • Building and developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Researching and attracting new clients from the business sector.
  • Preparing periodic reports showing sales performance results.
