Your Role
Brenntag KSA is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager for the Pharma Business!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a quality & price-oriented strategy focused on new pharmaceutical chemicals and additive business.
  • Assist in strategy creation and implementation at existing accounts and distributors through relationship development.
  • Be responsible for introducing new products, including effective launch strategies and inventory support.
  • Execute frequent customer visits and respond to RFQs.
  • Develop market strategies and contribute to business and supplier product development projects.
  • Optimize margins by reviewing and guiding pricing.
  • Ensure constant analysis of existing and new customer groups for sales opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from a reputable university.
  • 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and process management skills.
  • Pro-active self-starter, responsible for business tasks.

  • Experience in FMCG / B2B / Industrial / Other sales preferred.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
