Join EFSIM Facilities Management Company as a Heating Air Conditioning Technician
We are seeking a skilled professional to specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring indoor comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency in various buildings, while adhering to engineering standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and deliver efficient HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) operations
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with facility teams and guide junior technicians
  • Drive continuous improvement in maintenance standards and energy optimization

Technical Competencies:
  • Experience with CHW systems: AHU, FAHU, FCU, PHE, and CHW circulation
  • Experience with DX AC systems including package units and ducted type split AC
  • Servicing and maintaining chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and split units
  • Replace filters, check refrigerants, record readings, and troubleshoot faults
