• Managing the daily schedule for the CEO, including scheduling meetings, calls, and events. • Arranging logistics for domestic and international travel (flight ticket booking, hotel reservations, transportation, itinerary programs). • Preparing and organizing reports, meeting materials, presentations, and documents. • Assisting in the preparation of expense reports, cost reimbursement, and record keeping. • Maintaining filing systems (digital and paper) to ensure accuracy and ease of access. • Supporting the CEO in coordinating with staff, clients, and external partners. • Performing office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing vendors. • Managing projects and special tasks assigned by the CEO.
