Lounge Captain

A hall supervisor is required to work in the field of restaurants and hospitality, possessing high leadership skills and experience in managing the workforce and customer service. He is responsible for supervising the quality of the service provided, organizing the work of the staff, and ensuring the cleanliness and arrangement of the hall. The tasks include: following up on customer requests and resolving complaints, training and developing the performance of the team, managing inventory and supply requests, and ensuring the application of quality and safety standards.
