Preparing performance and sales reports and submitting them to senior management. Contributing to the innovation of ideas to enhance the customer experience. Requirements: Experience of at least 2 years in store management or a similar field (preferably in the fashion sector). High leadership and organizational skills with the ability to solve problems. Proficiency in communication and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with the use of point-of-sale systems and reporting. Fluency in English.
