We are looking for a team leader for one of the children's entertainment companies branch in Riyadh. The candidate must have high leadership skills and experience in managing the team and effective communication with all ages to achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the branch, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the best service for customers. The main tasks include: training and developing employee performance, preparing regular reports, and handling customer complaints professionally.

A supervisor is required to work in a store specialized for children, who possesses patience and speed in managing daily operations. Responsibilities include assisting children and cashier duties, ensuring the center's goals are met, with the ability to work under pressure and master communication skills with customers and employees. Managing the daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Leading and training the team to achieve sales goals and customer service. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with related departments to secure products. Monitoring service quality and compliance with internal standards and policies. Preparing performance and sales reports and submitting them to senior management. Contributing to the innovation of ideas to enhance the customer experience. Requirements: Experience of at least 2 years in store management or a similar field (preferably in the fashion sector). High leadership and organizational skills with the ability to solve problems. Proficiency in communication and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with the use of point-of-sale systems and reporting. Fluency in English.
