At NADIA Global, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to drive the growth of spare parts sales in the elevator sector. This role involves engaging with both existing and potential customers and ensuring the integrity of our brand against counterfeit products. Your main responsibilities will include:

This role involves engaging with both existing and potential customers and ensuring the integrity of our brand against counterfeit products. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Market Mapping & Customer Segmentation: Identify and categorize current and potential customers across KSA to gauge market potential.
- Sales Development: Take the lead in growing spare parts sales from scratch and analyze existing buying patterns.
- Customer Engagement: Regular visits to customers, presenting our offerings, and understanding their needs.
- Brand Protection: Monitor counterfeit activity and educate customers on product authenticity.
- Opportunity Management: Analyze customer purchasing patterns to enhance sales strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback and competitor insights to adapt business strategies.
- Operational Sales Interface: Provide a local presence for operational sales activities and maintain communication in Arabic.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with various teams including Sales & Business Development, technical support, and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in elevators or industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of elevator components is mandatory.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and a commercial mindset.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
- High energy, self-driven, and capable of independent work.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom.
