Responsibilities:

Receive and follow up on customer and contractor inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up on all projects registered on the platform and ensure they are progressing correctly.
Coordinate between the client and the contractor from the moment the order is registered until the project is completed.
Follow up on contractor requests (subscriptions, proposals, technical inquiries).
Manage client and contractor complaints and work on finding quick solutions.
Document all notes and requests in the system (CRM).
Submit periodic reports on active projects and client status.
