Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist!We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our leading fuel company, Tilal Al-Adib. Your main responsibility will be to establish and define performance indicators and quality standards in customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the level of service provided to them.
Main tasks include:- Conducting studies and analyses to identify performance indicators and quality standards in coordination with the quality management.
- Updating customer service procedures and guides and communicating with customers effectively and efficiently.
- Developing programs and initiatives to ensure meeting customer needs.
- Analyzing customer satisfaction evaluation data, identifying gaps, and developing appropriate plans to address them.
- Preparing documents and reports and providing appropriate recommendations.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in advertising and marketing communication, public relations, or executive secretarial.
- Practical experience of no less than one year.
- Certifications such as (MOS), (CCNA) will be an additional advantage.
- Advanced skills in customer service, a focus on quality, and customer experience management.
- The ability to speak English at an intermediate level and a desire for learning and development.
Additional Information:The work will be six days a week, with a salary ranging from 4000 to 4500 Saudi Riyals.
