We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our safety and security operations across all club facilities, stadiums, and fan events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and stadium audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee safety and crowd management for all matches and events.
  • Lead incident response and crisis management plans.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to enhance security and emergencies readiness.
  • Train facility and match-day staff on safety procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents during events.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections and incident logs.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices related to stadium security.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in safety management or security management.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in safety and security, preferably in sports or events.
  • Strong understanding of crowd dynamics and emergency planning.
  • Excellent leadership and crisis management skills.
  • Familiarity with stadium operations and fan engagement environments.
