About The Role

• Interacting with sales field force, Marketing, and Supply teams.
• Managing distributor claims and costs of trade promotions.
• Conducting internal audits of key customers and reporting variances in trade expenditures.

Experience Required
You must be a Saudi National and possess:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or marketing.

Skills for Success

We are actively recruiting a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at the Jeddah office. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for key pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for the assigned products.
• Drive sales team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to support informed business decisions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of sales and marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Specialty care experience (Oncology/Immunology/Hematology/Anti-Infective) is required.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager is essential.
• Team management experience is a must.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive brand growth and market share.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
• Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and strong visibility across all touchpoints.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns. Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable impact in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Proficient in leveraging market data, consumer insights, and analytics to guide decision-making and marketing strategy.
