Your Role:
- Lead the development of a regional integrated innovation and communication roadmap, focusing on new product launches and commercial innovation.
- Strategize marketing objectives by analyzing the Consumer Experience Journey at key touchpoints.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies in coordination with regional teams.
- Ensure a consistent consumer experience across touchpoints, adhering to global brand positioning.
- Guide insights teams to gather data that informs product innovation and commercial strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market results, adjusting marketing plans to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with finance, supply chain, sales, and other departments to ensure delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the marketing function of a multinational organization, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven ability to manage large and complex projects effectively.
- Strong marketing background with emphasis on brand management, strategic planning, and portfolio management.
- Excellent collaboration and management skills to work closely with various teams.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
