Qanadeel Furniture Company is seeking to hire a Sales and Customer Service employee who is professional and skilled in dealing with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and understanding their needs.
Presenting product demonstrations and explaining their features and specifications.
Preparing price quotes and invoices and following up on sales transactions.
Coordinating with the warehouse and management to ensure product availability.
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Handling and resolving customer complaints.
Preparing periodic sales reports.

Requirements:

Practical experience of no less than 3 years.
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing communication, or e-commerce.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as MCP, CIT, PHRi, PMI.
