Main Responsibilities:- Welcoming customers and understanding their needs.
- Presenting product demonstrations and explaining their features and specifications.
- Preparing price quotes and invoices and following up on sales transactions.
- Coordinating with the warehouse and management to ensure product availability.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Preparing periodic sales reports.
Requirements:- Practical experience of no less than 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing communication, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications:- Certifications such as MCP, CIT, PHRi, PMI.
