Join our Dynamic Team as a Sales Engineer!
As a Sales Engineer in Dammam, you will be responsible for driving sales of complex machinery and technical products. Your role will leverage your advanced technical expertise and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to understand their technical requirements.
  • Develop and present product demonstrations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide technical support during installation and maintenance phases.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering ongoing support and upselling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Prepare technical presentations and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for custom requirements.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial is preferred). A Master's degree or MBA can be an advantage.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in technical sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of machinery technical aspects.

Competencies:
  • Strong technical and engineering knowledge.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
