We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to drive sales for our complex machinery and technical products. In this critical role, you will leverage your advanced technical expertise and strong business acumen to engage with clients and propose suitable solutions.

Job Purpose:
Drive sales by understanding client requirements and supporting the sales process from pre-sales to post-sales stages.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client objectives.
  • Provide detailed technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contract terms to meet client and company objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise during installation and maintenance phases.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and offer ongoing support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred). A master's degree or MBA is an advantage.

Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role with 5+ years in technical sales in the machinery or industrial sectors.

Competencies:
  • Strong technical and engineering knowledge.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage accounts effectively.
  • High self-motivation and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
