What You Will Do:- Follow safety policies and support a culture of safety.
- Enter customer orders accurately and provide timely confirmation to customers.
- Monitor open purchase and sales orders daily for timely processing.
- Liaise with the Credit team to resolve credit and delivery holds.
- Improve service levels by ensuring on-time delivery.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records for audit purposes.
Qualifications:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2 years of experience in similar industrial fields.
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
