About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Al Safi Danone, you will lead and manage a dedicated sales team focusing on compost product sales. Your primary objective is to achieve sales and profitability targets while driving growth initiatives and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales operations and oversee day-to-day activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring competitive pricing strategies.
Support business expansion by identifying new geographic areas and customer segments.
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop the sales team.
Monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Farm Management) to ensure smooth operations.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and forecasts.
Recommend enhancements to sales policies, processes, and practices.
Promote continuous improvement and effective use of sales tools (*, OPTSAL).
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company regulations.

Qualifications:

6–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Background in agriculture, sustainability, or environmental products is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
