We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our services in manpower supply and operation & maintenance. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote company services in manpower supply (operation, maintenance, logistics, etc.).
Search for new clients and contact target companies.
Prepare and submit commercial offers and contracts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs for manpower and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manpower supply, operation & maintenance, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term business relationships.
Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
