Al-Ahsa Manarat Contracting Establishment is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its team. We will provide you with the opportunity to engage in vital administrative tasks that support workflow and help organize daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor.
  • Organize mail and daily appointments.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to workflow.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor.
  • Deal with governmental platforms such as Qiwa, Muddad, and the E'itmad platform.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.

Required Skills:
  • Customer service, advanced administrative skills, email management software, office machines, scheduling visits, and the ability to take responsibility.
