Social Media Account Management Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage daily social media accounts (scheduling, posting, monitoring).
• Create engaging content that fits the brand identity and company message.
• Engage with the audience and respond to inquiries and comments effectively.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze monthly reports (follower growth, engagement rates, conversions).
• Propose strategies to improve digital visibility and increase engagement.

Required Qualifications:
• Practical experience in managing accounts on major platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Familiarity with analytics and content management tools (such as Hootsuite or Zoho Social or similar).
• High proficiency in writing and crafting content in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
