Your Role
Brenntag KSA is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager for the Pharma Business!

Responsibilities:

Develop a quality & price-oriented strategy focused on new pharmaceutical chemicals and additive business.
Assist in strategy creation and implementation at existing accounts and distributors through relationship development.
Be responsible for introducing new products, including effective launch strategies and inventory support.
Execute frequent customer visits and respond to RFQs.
Develop market strategies and contribute to business and supplier product development projects.
Optimize margins by reviewing and guiding pricing.
Ensure constant analysis of existing and new customer groups for sales opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from a reputable university.
3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication and process management skills.
Pro-active self-starter, responsible for business tasks.

Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with strong experience in packaging, manufacturing, and sales leadership. You will play a key role in leading sales operations and driving revenue growth across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
Collaborate with operations and production teams to align sales with packaging and manufacturing capabilities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in packaging, manufacturing, and sales management.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in both B2B & B2C sectors.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
