Bakery and Packaging Development Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Develop and design luxury boxes and packages for dates that align with the brand identity.
•Innovate modern and attractive packaging solutions that reflect the luxurious Najd character.
•Monitor the quality of materials and contract with suppliers and printers.
•Provide ideas for seasonal products and gifts (Ramadan – holidays – national occasions).
•Manage the development process from design to execution.

Requirements:
•Practical experience in the field of packaging development or package design.
•Creativity and a high visual sense in identity and packaging.
•The ability to manage projects and communicate with suppliers.
•Previous experience in the field of dates or luxury food products is preferred.
