As a leading global innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, Azelis is looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to manage, develop, and understand the needs of a growing customer base.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key contacts at all levels in customer accounts.
  • Negotiate prices and volumes to maximize returns on the business.
  • Develop new accounts while promoting the sales of the product portfolio.
  • Agree on annual sales budgets with the Commercial and Business Managers.
  • Gather and present market, product, competitor, and industry data for strategic business development.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Monitor payment terms and methods to minimize business risk.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience in sales, particularly in chemicals raw materials in the plastics field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work under pressure and liaise with individuals at various levels.
  • Knowledge in SHEQ is advantageous.
