You should hold a degree in sales with a minimum of two years’ postgraduate work experience, ideally within the hotel industry. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential. Additional language skills are a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a guest and service-oriented attitude, a proactive approach, and a strong drive for results. Competencies include:

- Ensuring comprehensive and complete coverage of your portfolio, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity.
- Implementing and executing all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
- Establishing parameters, negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business.
- Promoting and producing sales leads for Rotana.
- Providing feedback on changing marketing conditions and competition.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management systems.
- Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations to maximize upselling opportunities.
