Job Summary
We are looking for a Legal Specialist with solid hands-on experience, highly skilled in reviewing and drafting contracts, while ensuring full compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and draft contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal consultations to various departments within the company regarding contracts and legal obligations.
  • Follow up on commercial and labor cases and represent the company before official authorities and judicial committees.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Prepare legal memoranda and pleadings when necessary.
  • Monitor updates in laws and regulations and ensure their application.
  • Contribute to managing the company’s legal risks and providing proactive solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and drafting legal memoranda.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in contracts, commercial, and labor cases.
  • Solid knowledge of applicable laws and executive regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation and legal analysis.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Social Media Management: Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and X (Twitter); plan editorial calendars, publish daily/weekly content, and grow engaged communities.
  • Lead Lifecycle & CRM: Manage leads, audiences, and DMs; qualify and route MQLs to Sales, maintain clean CRM lists, and run automations/nurtures to improve conversion.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Translate product value into compelling offers, hooks, and creatives tailored to B2B pain points in Saudi SME/ERP space.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years in B2B marketing (SaaS/tech preferred) with proven ownership of paid acquisition and demand gen.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Comfortable with SEO (GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar) and content writing (blogs, social captions, ad copy).
  • Experience managing brand accounts across LinkedIn/Instagram/Snapchat/TikTok/X.
  • Strong analytics: building dashboards, reading funnel metrics, and making decisions from data.
  • Excellent Arabic & English written communication; crisp ad and landing-page copy.
