Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights, support executive decision-making with financial modeling.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensure compliance with Zakat, tax laws, and IFRS standards, liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital, manage banking relationships and financing arrangements, oversee FX exposure and hedging strategies.
  • Cost Control & Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments, implement internal controls and financial best practices, lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
7–10 years of experience in finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred), CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification highly desirable, proficiency in ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel, fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus, currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
