About the Role
Parson Corporation is looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Engineer to join our team for the SOUDAH Peaks development project. This is a critical role that requires a blend of technical expertise and management capabilities to support cost management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of benchmarking and cost analysis
  • Cost planning, estimating, budgeting, reviewing, and reporting
  • Master Planning through all RIBA Stages
  • Conducting tender reviews and analyses
  • Optimization and value management of costs
  • Managing cost reporting and forecasting

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Over 12 years of relevant cost management experience
  • Strong knowledge of industry practices in cost management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC software associated with cost management, particularly Excel (Advanced Level)

Desired Skills
  • Experience from inception to completion in various sectors and assets in the Middle East
  • Familiarity with cost management standards such as POMI, NRM, CESMM, and more

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Certifications like MRICS, CCP, or PMP are preferred.
