At Gold Apple, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate financial transactions. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty retail experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payments with precision.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
Coordinate the work of the cash desk staff and assist in difficult situations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register and POS.
Excellent mathematical and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of beauty products is a plus.
