We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to be an integral part of our team. At Technology Track, we are one of the fastest-growing ICT services companies in the Middle East, providing innovative solutions to help businesses transform digitally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions.
  • Perform requirements analysis and gather information from stakeholders.
  • Document database structures and oversee document development during the software lifecycle.
  • Execute user acceptance testing and write test cases.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and developers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders.
  • Advanced technical skills, along with excellent documentation ability.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
