About the Job
This role as a Business Analyst is crucial at Innosoft SA, aimed at applying your knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to determine problems and identify needs, ensuring alignment with business and project objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing and new systems to assess business needs and identify the scope of problems.
  • Gather requirements from clients for creating business requirement documents for new projects or services.
  • Conduct workshops to elicit both functional and technical requirements.
  • Prepare documentation such as business requirements documents (BRD) and system requirements specification (SRS).
  • Update BRD and ensure it reflects the latest changes post comments from clients or project managers.
  • Create modeling diagrams to illustrate business workflows.
  • Oversee implementation of system configurations.
  • Verify outputs from the development team prior to client submission.
  • Coordinate with clients to document their feedback on the system.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager / management.
  • Discuss problems with the technical team and recommend necessary technological solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in software programs and a strong teamwork, problem-solving, communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
