Barista

Barista - Shift work system - from 6 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon - and from 3 in the afternoon to 12 at night. Every week a shift.

A professional barista is required with a passion for coffee making and providing the best experience for customers. The candidate must have experience in preparing various types of hot and cold drinks, with the ability to use professional coffee-making equipment and maintain its cleanliness. The tasks include: preparing and serving drinks with high quality, handling customer orders professionally, managing inventory and ensuring product quality, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve various beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and tea efficiently.
• Maintain quality and consistency of beverages by following specific recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, take orders, answer queries, and make beverage recommendations.
• Keep your work area clean and organized, ensuring the coffee preparation and serving stations are in perfect order.
• Maintain equipment for coffee brewing and ensure it is in working condition.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Follow health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong passion for coffee with knowledge of different types and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and quality.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as necessary.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for transactions.
