About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Al Safi Danone, you will lead and manage a dedicated sales team focusing on compost product sales. Your primary objective is to achieve sales and profitability targets while driving growth initiatives and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales operations and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring competitive pricing strategies.
• Support business expansion by identifying new geographic areas and customer segments.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop the sales team.
