Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively welcome, advise, and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and informed shopping experience at our store in Makkah.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Niceone's products, promotions, and digital offerings to effectively meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective communication, upselling, and personalized service.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with store and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high standards of customer service.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with stock management, product displays, and promotional layouts for a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns or complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Reporting: Accurately process sales transactions, handle payments, and maintain up-to-date customer records as required.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with new products, services, and retail trends within the Saudi retail landscape.

Essential Skills And Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but we welcome diverse backgrounds and motivated individuals eager to learn.
  • Communication: Excellent Arabic and basic English communication skills; ability to interact warmly and clearly with customers from all backgrounds.
