Role Overview:
As the Head of Operations, you will oversee daily operations across the roastery, café branches, and distribution. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operational Oversight: Direct day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Manage sourcing and supplier relationships, implement inventory controls to minimize waste, and oversee logistics.
  • People & Performance: Lead and develop managers in various departments, ensuring accountability and performance tracking.
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Drive the integration of Odoo ERP, continuously optimizing processes for scalability and growth.
  • Quality Control: Enforce strict quality assurance processes from sourcing to final product.
  • Strategic Execution: Align operations with growth plans, prepare budgets, and ensure flawless strategy execution.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • 7+ years’ experience in operations management, preferably in F&B or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Define qualitative and quantitative annual targets in consultation with the board of management.
  • Implement service targets agreed with the board related to market exploitation, service loyalty, and workshop turnover.
  • Conduct regional market and competition studies within the service area.
  • Offer a range of after-sales services oriented towards appropriate target groups.
  • Implement standards/directives for the service area as specified by GWM/ADMC.
  • Maintain participation in the ADMC Service Report for benchmarking with other dealerships.
  • Carry out internal workshop tests to improve service quality.
  • Monitor department performance using tracking systems and reports.
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations.
  • Communicate with the GWM service team and other departments as needed.
