Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
  • Respond to colleague inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Assist in benefits administration.
  • Coordinate HR training and development programs.
  • Support resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Prepare HR reports and data analysis.
  • Assist in organizing HR events.
  • Collaborate with HR team and other departments.
