Join our team as an Executive Housekeeper at Hilton!
As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring an excellent guest and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement
  • Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost management
  • Set departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules
  • Inspect all fixtures and fittings to ensure compliance with standards
  • Monitor the performance of the housekeeping/laundry team, emphasizing training and teamwork
  • Maintain good communication with all hotel areas and external customers
  • Manage staff performance and recruit, train, and develop the team

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience in housekeeping/laundry in a hotel or retail sector in a managerial capacity
  • A successful track record of managing a large team
  • A high school certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and IT proficiency
  • Strong organization, budget management, and problem-solving skills
