Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher Assistant (Saudi National) to join our team. In this role, you will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. You’ll assist with daily activities, help prepare educational materials, and provide direct support to children during their learning experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, creative, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities
  • Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and stimulating learning environment
  • Support the preparation and organization of educational materials
  • Assist with classroom management and monitor student attendance
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (not mandatory)
  • Saudi Nationality is a MUST.
  • Experience working with children is preferable (volunteering is acceptable)
  • A passion for working with kids
  • Patient and caring personality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
