Work Policy at One and More - Marketing Position


* Probation Period:
• The first month is a trial for both parties (one and more and the employee).
• The first two weeks are a practical trial period with a salary.
• After evaluating performance in the two weeks, confirmation to continue will take place.


* Salary and Bonuses:

• There are increases upon achieving required goals and excellent performance.
• Additional bonuses can be given based on successful campaigns or effort when needed.


* Goals (Target):
• Raise the level of marketing to achieve wide dissemination and increase customers.
• Daily goal: Reach 400 - 500 customers on weekends.
• During large campaigns or peak times, exceeding this number may be requested.


* Nature of Working Hours:
• The basic work duration is 6 hours daily, which can increase to 8 hours when needed.
• Work 6 days a week, which can be reduced to 5 days if work circumstances allow.
• Working hours and campaign schedules are predetermined based on market needs and marketing projects.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in online marketing and digital marketing project management (required).

  • Digital Marketing Skills: Deep and proven understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
