We are looking for a Customer Success Agent!

We need a Customer Success Agent to ensure a smooth and successful experience for customers and freelancers on the "Bashnoor" platform. This role focuses on daily project monitoring, messages, and proposals, reducing cancellation cases, increasing closure rates, and providing accurate reports to support continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review new projects daily and ensure clarity of descriptions and required skills.
  • Analyze project cancellation cases and communicate with clients to reactivate them when possible.
  • Follow up on projects ready for closure and coordinate with clients to finalize them.
  • Monitor communication between clients and freelancers, and intervene when necessary.
  • Invite suitable freelancers for projects without proposals.
  • Communicate directly with clients daily to increase closure rates and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Resolve freelancers’ issues and provide support for smooth workflow.
  • Track and follow up on technical tickets with the development team.
  • Prepare daily reports covering projects, messages, proposals, clients, tickets, and recommendations.
  • Participate in regular daily and weekly/monthly meetings.
