Customer Service Employee Job
At Miras Contracting Projects Center, we are looking for a specialist in customer services to join our team in Riyadh. We are committed to providing an excellent customer service experience for our contractors and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and following up on customer and contractor inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Following up on all registered projects on the platform and ensuring they are progressing correctly.
  • Coordinating between the client and the contractor from the moment the order is recorded until the project's closure.
  • Following up on contractors' requests (subscriptions, proposals, technical inquiries).
  • Managing customer and contractor complaints and working to find quick solutions.
  • Documenting all notes and requests in the system (CRM).
  • Raising periodic reports on active projects and customer status.
  • Contributing to improving customer experience and enhancing their trust in the platform.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality (priority).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or project management.
  • High communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, Office programs, and customer management systems (CRM).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple parties at the same time.
