Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cold rooms, refrigeration systems, supermarket equipment, and HVAC projects.
• Identify potential customers through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
• Provide product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams for site visits, design support, and project execution.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to finalize profitable deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback on new product opportunities or market gaps to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Refrigeration & HVAC sales or related technical sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will execute the sales process, close deals, and efficiently plan your daily schedule to connect with existing and potential customers. Your role is vital in fostering strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and achieving remarkable revenue results.

Key Accountabilities:

• Identify potential clients and schedule appointments to generate new business across all product categories.
• Fill sales applications, collect necessary legal documents, and submit orders based on price lists.
• Approach new customers within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
• Implement sales activities, such as new launches and promotions, to increase market share.
• Monitor customer inventory and prepare replenishment orders as needed.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors to ensure company standards are met.
• Collect invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Follow up on customer account statements to ensure prompt credit notes and financial compensations.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of sales principles and practices
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
• Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service
• Fluent in English and Arabic
