Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Close sales orders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely product delivery.
• Negotiate deals to maximize profitability.
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of pricing and competitor activities.
• Assist in managing credit facilities by ensuring timely payment collections.
• Prepare export documentation for smooth order dispatch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
